The NEXO Group consists of Nexo Instalconstruct and NEXO Imobiliare. NEXO Imobiliare is the developer of the NEXO Nature complex and a supporter of innovation and sustainability. NEXO Instalconstruct is the GENERAL CONTRACTOR of the NEXO Nature complex, specializing in building construction from A to Z. Founded in 2011, the company has over 150 employees (both direct and subcontracted) and focuses on constructing buildings in a correct, modern, and highly energy-efficient manner.

NEXO Nature is a residential complex consisting of 14 villas, available in three different types, with near-zero energy consumption. These villas will be equipped with modern technologies, including:

What technologies will exist in the NEXO Nature Houses?

Heat Pumps

Heating and cooling are carried out through Heat Pumps, an energy-efficient system: it does not pollute and consumes little energy, meaning you can save more money for vacations.

Centralized Ventilation with Heat Recovery

With the help of the heat recovery system, filters, and duct networks installed above each room, the houses will have filtered air from the outside, preheated by capturing the energy from the stale air that is expelled outside.

Photovoltaic System

The houses are equipped with the necessary infrastructure for a photovoltaic system consisting of solar panels and an inverter.

Automation

The house will be automated, allowing control of lighting, blinds, climate control, ventilation, and much more through an app.

Ceiling Coil Cooling (Innovative System)

Unlike traditional air conditioning, the innovative ceiling coil cooling system provides a more comfortable and natural thermal experience, reducing the sensation of air currents and eliminating noise from air conditioning units.
